Internet Troubles With Comcast Modem And Belkin Wireless N+ Router

My Belkin wireless N+ router worked fine for about a month. Then all the wired connections started running very slowly and Xbox Live connectivity is lost frequently. I'm using an Arris Telephony Modem issued by Comcast. I don't know what the problem is. Please help. I've been told that the MAC addresses maybe be the problem.

Ok, so I have a WBR-1310 D-Link router(wireless G router). I have a mac that is connected wirelessly with a B network card and I have a PC that is connected by a cable. I am curious as to if anyone else here experiences random freezing with their routers. It seems to happen to me most when using my D-Link, and I end up having to unplug it and replug it back in every hour or so. I Just Want To Understand Better

OK, so let's say we have an N network, with all N clients, and a Comcast pipe of 8 megabits per second. N has a theoretical top speed of 540 mbps, let's say I'm getting 250. But, in reality, I'm not getting 250, I'm getting 8. So in a way, unless you have a pipe larger then 54 mbps (the theoretical max of G), it is useless to upgrade to N. Belkin Pre-n Wireless Router And Macbook Pro C2d

I've got a Belkin wireless 802.11n (pre-n) router and it works fine with it's own card in my Dell laptop. 108 Mbps all day long but I can't seem to get that kind of speed with my MBP C2D.
